GIA (Dress)

High low flared dress with gathered front, cutaway shoulders and high fold-over collar with hook and eye closure.  Versatile dress can be worn belted or loose. Both black and emerald variations come with separate black organza tie.  Fabric is is 95% Polyester/5% Spandex. Wash in cold water and hang to dry.
